Royal Johannesburg & Kensington Golf Club

Linksfield, Johannesburg
Par: 72 | Length: ~7,000 yards (6,400 meters).

Home to the Joburg Open, the East Course at Royal J&K is one of the oldest and most respected golf venues in South Africa. Its elevated tees, large greens, and tight landing zones make it both beautiful and challenging. It’s a must-play for any golfer who values heritage and top-tier design.

Terms & Conditions

1. Deposits & Payments

  • A USD 200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your provisional spot on the tour.

  • Full balance payment details will be provided after deposit confirmation.

  • Payment methods accepted: M‑Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, Pesapal checkout.

  • USD pricing is fixed; exchange rate fluctuations are not applied after checkout.

2. Reservation & Confirmations

  • A provisional booking is secured only upon successful deposit payment.

  • Final confirmation is subject to: | Completion of the participant consent and terms form | Accommodation allocation (single or shared) | Availability of tour slots |

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • If you cancel after paying the full balance, any refund will be at the discretion of Fairway Escape and subject to tour arrangements.

4. Participant Responsibilities

  • Guests must provide accurate personal information, including dietary restrictions, health conditions, and emergency contacts.

  • Participants are responsible for their own travel documents, including passport, visas, and travel insurance.

  • Guests are expected to behave responsibly, respecting venues, fellow participants, and staff.

5. Accommodation & Transport

  • Accommodation is based on room sharing unless single occupancy is purchased.

  • Transport will be provided as outlined in the tour itinerary. Any additional transport requirements are the responsibility of the participant.

6. Liability

  • Fairway Escape and its partners, including Corporate Masters, are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.

  • Guests are encouraged to have adequate travel insurance covering health, accidents, and cancellations.

7. Itinerary Changes

  • Fairway Escape and its partners, including Corporate Masters reserves the right to modify the itinerary, venues, or services for operational, safety, or logistical reasons.

  • Any changes will be communicated promptly to participants.

8.Photography & Media

  • Fairway Escape and its partners, including Corporate Masters may take photos and videos during the tour for promotional purposes.

  • By participating, you consent to your image being used in marketing and social media materials.

9.Data Privacy

  • Personal information collected is used solely for tour management and communication.

  • We will not share your data with third parties without consent, except as required for travel and accommodation arrangements.

10.Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

  • Any disputes will first be resolved amicably; if unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration in Kenya.
